Position Overview:

Responsibilities:

• Develop and facilitate engaging online instruction in 3D Modeling, Animation, Digital Media Fundamentals, Digital Media Web Design, and Digital Photography.
• Design and implement curriculum using project-based learning methodologies, integrating cutting-edge technology tools to enhance student learning experiences.
• Create and deliver asynchronous lessons, tutorials, and assessments aligned with curriculum standards and learning objectives.
• Provide timely feedback, guidance, and support to students to foster their creative and technical growth and achievement.
• Foster a collaborative and inclusive online learning environment that encourages active participation and teamwork among students.
• Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices, contribute to ongoing curriculum development, and engage in professional development opportunities.
• Utilize data-driven approaches to monitor student progress, identify areas for improvement, and implement targeted interventions as needed.
• Maintain regular communication with students, parents, and school administrators to address individual student needs and concerns.
• Stay up-to-date of the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in digital art and media education.
• Collaborate with the instructional support team to address technical issues and ensure a seamless learning experience for students.
• Provide input and feedback on instructional strategies and curriculum enhancements to enhance the digital art and media program.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Demonstrated expertise and experience in 3D Modeling, Animation, Digital Media Fundamentals, and Digital Photography.
• Proven experience in facilitating online learning, preferably in digital art and media education.
• Proficiency in utilizing technology tools and resources relevant to digital art and media instruction.
• Strong organizational and time management skills to effectively manage online instruction and assessments.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to engage and support students and collaborate with colleagues and parents.
• Passion for teaching and a genuine interest in fostering creativity and technical skills development in students.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team environment.
• Availability and flexibility to work part-time hours, accommodating students across different time zones.
